  • Board POC set to Steve Jaschek
  • Urgency downgraded
  • Ventilation issues are within scope of existing roof/attic repairs current being bidded out– no need for separate attention
  • Outlet issue requires clarification– why is there an outlet in the crawlspace in the first place? Easiest solve on this is probably just getting rid of the outlet
  • Foundation issues require independent verification
