Describe Issue:
The left-end of the fence (South-end) has become separated from the support post. The post is still very stable, but the fence, separated, is very unstable and falling backwards. It appears that the support at one time was reinforced using a zip-tie and screws. The zip-tie snapped or cut. The screws are no longer anchored in anything. Someone could get hurt, children basically, as they play back there. Fortunately, this only tends to be when the grandsons are visiting their grandmother in the unit next to the Rec Center. They don't live there, and do not appear to be currently there, but the fence really is in danger of falling down.
