Describe Issue:
Path lights leading between the 2 levels: 2nd light from the top is down.
The spotlight in front of GBR sign won’t stay pointed at the sign. It was face down on the ground when I noticed it and I tried to angle it but now it points skyward; I just couldn’t get it to angle.
