Marked "Medium" because of upcoming painting. Wood Rot - Railing. (Josh and Mark have already inspected, but it has been so long due to the Pandemic Halt, I am noting it here.) The rot is primarily in 3 places.
Describe Location:
Upper deck. (Josh and Mark have both viewed it, but if helpful, I can send photos.) The rot is primarily in 3 places. One, the worst, is visible from the outside, it is where two railings meet. Might be fixable without replacing rail.
